"A breakfast dish that can be ready in about 35 minutes. It has only 6 ingredients and for the most part it is a little cutting of veggies and stirring it all together. Dump it all in a baking dish and you are done until time to pull out of the oven! From Taste of Home cookbook"

We loved this...I cut the recipe in half and cooked it in a 5X6 glass pan...It did need to cook an extra 5 minutes..made for "What's on the Menu" tag game...

Bergy

I cooked it stovetop in a skillet with a lid on - only takes 5 minutes. Lovely combination - Ham, Cheddar, onions & green pepper. Lovely Sunday Brunch. 24 June 18. Made again - same way. This time I used Jalapeño Monterey Jacj Cheese.
