"A breakfast dish that can be ready in about 35 minutes. It has only 6 ingredients and for the most part it is a little cutting of veggies and stirring it all together. Dump it all in a baking dish and you are done until time to pull out of the oven! From Taste of Home cookbook"
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium sized mixing bowl whisk together eggs and cream. Add in cheese, ham, onion and green pepper.
Pour into a greased 9x9 inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
