"This is the time of year that brings out all of these warming and satisfying comfort foods. I love my insta-pot for the ease of getting a meal prepared without a lot of other pots and pans. It smells good as it cooks and gives me time to socialize or pull last minute dinner rolls together. I enjoy the warming and Autumn flavors pulled together in this recipe. Have fun with it, there are things you maybe would rather add or omit, just make sure you share your ideas!"
