Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl,beat together eggs,milk,salt,pepper,and 1/4 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning.
Step 2
Over medium heat,melt butter in an 8 inch non stick skillet.
Step 3
Pour egg mixture into skillet,let eggs slightly set,slightly tilt pan and with a rubber spatula let uncooked eggs go to the bottom.
Step 4
When the eggs are almost done to your preference,add omelet ingredients to one side of the omelet.
Step 5
Fold over and complete cooking the omelet to your personal taste.
Step 6
If desired,sprinkle with the 1/2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
