Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • OMELET FILLING
  • 1/3 cup diced asparagus (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (or mozzarella cheese)
  • ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl,beat together eggs,milk,salt,pepper,and 1/4 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning.

  • Step 2: Over medium heat,melt butter in an 8 inch non stick skillet.

  • Step 3: Pour egg mixture into skillet,let eggs slightly set,slightly tilt pan and with a rubber spatula let uncooked eggs go to the bottom.

  • Step 4: When the eggs are almost done to your preference,add omelet ingredients to one side of the omelet.

  • Step 5: Fold over and complete cooking the omelet to your personal taste.

  • Step 6: If desired,sprinkle with the 1/2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
