Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the black bean sauce, water, Asian seasoning and sesame oil together in a plastic bag.

Step 2

Pierce a few holes in the tenderloin.

Step 3

Place in the bag with black bean sauce mixture.

Step 4

Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

Step 5

Cut onion into 8 wedges and place in bottom of crock-pot.

Step 6

Pour the contents of bag over onions in a 4 quart crock-pot and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.

Oh my this was wonderful! I did make your Asian Seasoning and it added just the right amount of heat. The pork was very tender and the sauce went well with the steamed veggies and rice. DH has asked for it again. Thank you for sharing this keeper. Made for Billboard Tag Recipe.
