Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup black bean sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon asian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 onion

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the black bean sauce, water, Asian seasoning and sesame oil together in a plastic bag.

  • Step 2: Pierce a few holes in the tenderloin.

  • Step 3: Place in the bag with black bean sauce mixture.

  • Step 4: Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

  • Step 5: Cut onion into 8 wedges and place in bottom of crock-pot.

  • Step 6: Pour the contents of bag over onions in a 4 quart crock-pot and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
