Step 1: Mix the black bean sauce, water, Asian seasoning and sesame oil together in a plastic bag.
Step 2: Pierce a few holes in the tenderloin.
Step 3: Place in the bag with black bean sauce mixture.
Step 4: Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
Step 5: Cut onion into 8 wedges and place in bottom of crock-pot.
Step 6: Pour the contents of bag over onions in a 4 quart crock-pot and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
