Step 1
Brown pork in a little oil.( i would brown the fresh veggies after pork)

Add water, add spices, veggies

Bring to a slow boil.

Turn down and simmer 3 hours.

Thicken with flour and water.(im not adding flour you can )
Step 6
If you desire more "spice" add picante sauce or more chilies and jalapenos.
