Step 1: Brown pork in a little oil.( i would brown the fresh veggies after pork)
Step 2: Add water, add spices, veggies
Step 3: Bring to a slow boil.
Step 4: Turn down and simmer 3 hours.
Step 5: Thicken with flour and water.(im not adding flour you can )
Step 6: If you desire more "spice" add picante sauce or more chilies and jalapenos.
