Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, cloves and cinnamon.
Step 3
Add butter, egg yolks and milk to mixture.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, then add to milk mixture.
Step 5
Pour into pie crust. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350F. and bake another 20-25 minutes, or until set.
Step 6
Cool and serve.
