Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Toss the cauliflower until evenly coated with the seasonings.
Step 3
Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook the cauliflower in batches if necessary.
Step 4
Air fry the cauliflower at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and has a golden brown color. Shake the basket or flip the cauliflower halfway through the cooking time for even crisping.
Step 5
While the cauliflower is cooking, prepare the pizza sauce for a dip. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
Step 6
Stir in the marinara sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Once the cauliflower is done cooking, transfer it to a serving plate. Serve with the warm dip on the side for dipping.
