"I had this posted on another site and decided I wanted it here. :)ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: "What do you do when you want Fried Rice and have no rice ? Do what I did, use Ramen Noodles. :)Since all I had on hand was Chicken Ramen, but feel free to use whatever you have. And as for the veggies and meat, just use what's on hand." UPDATED DESCRIPTION 10/24/13: If you like add soy sauce or whatever Asian type seasoning you want. Since it uses leftovers and ramen noodles,it's Budget Friendly. Posted to "ZAZZ" on 10/24/13. This is a nice basic recipe that you can really play with. I used bay scallops for the meat and frozen peas and carrots for the veggies. I added fresh grated ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha and this was wonderful. I did use gluten free ramen which is basically rice noodles and it worked perfectly in this recipe.
