Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (3 ounce) ramen noodles, any flavor
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked vegetables (use whatever is on hand)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped cooked chicken (or any cooked meat)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium saucepan over medium heat,start water to boil.

  • Step 2: Add noodles and veggies to water,cook for 3 to 5 minutes ( Don't do like I did and drop the seasoning packet in the water :) ).

  • Step 3: Drain noodles/veggies well,add seasoning packet and mix well.

  • Step 4: In a small skillet heat oil until hot but not smoking,add chicken(or whatever meat you're using) and warm through.

  • Step 5: Mix chicken with noodles and keep warm.

  • Step 6: In same skillet, cook egg until well scrambled.

  • Step 7: Mix egg into noodle mixture,season as desired and enjoy. :)
