Step 1: Microwave evaporated milk & ice cream topping in sml (uncovered) microwave-safe bowl on high power for 2 min or until very hot. Carefully pour mixture into blender. Cover & blend on high for 1 min or until very frothy on top.
Step 2: Place 2 tsp coffee crystals into 2 12-oz coffee mugs. Add 1/2 cup hot water to each mug & stir to combine. Gently pour milk mixture into each mug, spooning foam on the top surface. Thinly drizzle foam w/ice cream topping, if desired.
