"I've mentioned in other recipes how great a source of tempting recipes my grandparentsdocom Newsletter has been over the yrs. Here's another example & a good one to prove that being a faithful "Weight Watcher" doesn't always mean you must deny yourself the guilty pleasures of sweet treats. The bonus is that it's also such an easy-fix & uses only 3 ingredients. Times were estimated as they were not included in the recipe. ENJOY!"

Step by Step Method

Line 9-in square baking pan w/heavy foil.
Step 2
Place chocolate & butter in med bowl & set over saucepan of simmering water. Cook, stirring, until melted & smooth. Remove saucepan from heat & stir in marshmallows.
Step 3
Scrape chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Spread to form an even layer. Refrigerate until chocolate is set (at least 1 hr or up to overnight). Cut bark into 4 strips. Then cut ea strip crosswise into 4 pieces, making a total of 16 pieces.
