Step 1: Line 9-in square baking pan w/heavy foil.
Step 2: Place chocolate & butter in med bowl & set over saucepan of simmering water. Cook, stirring, until melted & smooth. Remove saucepan from heat & stir in marshmallows.
Step 3: Scrape chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Spread to form an even layer. Refrigerate until chocolate is set (at least 1 hr or up to overnight). Cut bark into 4 strips. Then cut ea strip crosswise into 4 pieces, making a total of 16 pieces.
