I use can tuna mostly for salads, but I do have one recipe that I've been making for years. My daughter loved it when she was a child. It is quite simple.

MaDonna & MaPia! Helloooo there! Thanks for dropping by! Good to see ya! I've seen you "around," but not in one of my (get ready ;D) TWO posts! (Hey, new kid ... ;D) ... MaDonna, I faked a salmon cake/patty recipe, using tuna, of course. They were okay. 'Coated with crushed cornflakes & that may have been the best part. MaPia's recipe has them in & on - good idea I think! Thanks for that recipe! ... Soooo, it was fine & made like seven good size patties from two cans with still being tuna-tasting, not filler-tasting. Thanks again! I'm liking it here!

Ya know sometimes you read a recipe & think "Wow, I bet that's good; but ..." or "I'd try that in a restaurant. I don't want to make it though."? Ohhhhh, just me?!? Ha-ha, hee- hee!
