Made this lovely spinach and vegetable soup a couple weeks back, so good that I picked up extra baby spinach to do a rerun this weekend. Review in for Derf's delicious http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/spinac ... -soup-7341

I just read in a thread in food.com about Derf's passing and wish to offer my condolences and to honour her by making one of her recipes, I am sure she will be sorely missed.
