I decided to try a few new recipes that I have had laying around for sometime, and made some major alterations to another (resulting in a whole new recipe)
For Dinner there was Peachy Grilled Pork Chops which was the recipe I altered. The original recipe calls for chicken, but I am getting a little sick of chicken, and wanted something new. We had this with rice and Grilled Vegetable Salad. I did leave out the eggplant in this recipe, and I added asparagus.



After dinner there was Frozen Lemon Sherbet In Lemon Shells as a palate cleanser. It was delicious, but I really don't think I could have had more than a few bites.

Dessert was several hours latter, and it was the real show stopper. Salad De Peche is a very simple peach and blueberry fruit salad, and went beautifully with Cointreau Custard Sauce. I seriously could have eaten all of it.
