Turkey Dinner

Post by Bergy » Mon Oct 17, 2016 10:34 am

There are only two of us so I bought a hind quarter of a turkey. There was even a drumstick tucked under the main potion- this I kept frozen for another time. We both like the dark meat so it was ideal. The dressing was from the freezer as was the cranberry sauce. The potatoes areBB Yellow Fleshed -
It was a lovely dinner

Beautiful pictures.
I LOVE mashed potatoes. I could eat them every day.
Nice recipe with sage. I need to save it, my sage plant is huge right now.
