Simply add a new photo that you have taken of any “"Mediterranean" recipe you have made here at Recipezazz during the month of May, although it must be a photo that “YOU” have added to your recipe (with a review) or to another member’s recipe from Zaaz.
Once you have uploaded your photo to a recipe, just post that same photo here in this "Mediterranean Cuisine" food thread in the photo forum. Our members will vote on all the photo submissions at the start of June 2025, via a poll posted here in this forum. We will add the poll at the end of the month and give you all 48 hours to vote.
Photo submissions must be any Mediterranean recipe photo that you have made and posted to any RecipeZazz recipe on or after the start date of this contest and within the present month.

The winning photo will also be featured on our RecipeZazz Facebook page for an entire month.
Mediterranean cuisine primarily focuses on plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, with a significant amount of olive oil. Seafood, poultry, and eggs are also common, while red meat is eaten less frequently. Some popular dishes include pasta, pizza, gyros, kebabs, falafel, and hummus.

Whole Grains: Bread, pasta, rice, couscous, and other grains.
Legumes: Beans, lentils, and chickpeas.

Herbs and Spices: Aromatic herbs like oregano, basil, and thyme, as well as spices like cumin and coriander, are used to enhance flavor.
