Got 8 chops, a decent price. Will marinate ... in fact just got home, and already done. 5 are in the freezer, 2 in one bag 1 in the other. I'll make 3 tonight; 2 with gravy, one for leftovers. Maybe later this week with added veggies, gravy; served over a spud for dinner.
Two for one cooking!

FYI, never go to Walmart on Sat afternoon. BAD idea.

Morning Everyone!

After a rainy yesterday, a nice day today! Hopefully I can get out to the sand sculpture festival. It is always a lot of fun.

Today is my day to cook 3 meals for one of my ladies; I deliver in the am.

OMG, Felix, all day yesterday I was craving Japanese food!!! Now, today, I am SEVERLY craving it...... :shock: :shock:.....maybe a bit of ponzu, too :D

No kidding ... and all I have to look forward to is a sandwich. Blah!
However I just devoured an insane amount of pickle dip with my friend. I don't even want to think about the calories.

Onion Stuffed Roasted Chicken
Sweet Potato Casserole
& French Style Green Beans
Dessert:
(doubling this recipe,and using pears & peaches)
" Any Fruit " Fruit Cobbler

.....just one more thing!!! I'd for sure have to triple-up(at least) the portions of horse radish and wasabi ;) ;) ;)

I ended up eating a portion of a pork steak, Brussels sprouts and a baked sweet potato with molasses and butter. This was/would have been an absolutely great meal. But, after Felix's sushi, nothing would a satisfied my appetite :shock: :shock:
