If there is one thing that I would LOVE to say about this Creamy Chicken Sweet Potato Noodles recipe is that it is 100% healthy eating. It sure looks like it and the ingredients could call for more health but truth be told, I went a little bit heavy on two ingredients. Butter (and lots of it) and heavy cream. Is there ever a time that stir-fry can be cheesy? Cheesy. Why not! Believe it or not, stir-fry veggies can be viewed like soggy noodles - leave them in too long to steam and they lose some of that crisp texture. Rain in the hair day. Ok. Let's get this straight. I absolutely love one of our local Italian bistros. Some of the best known pastas dishes. Ever. You see, I am a pasta nut. I love anything pasta. But I got to tell you.
