"Why oven cook, cook these babies on the grill for a different flavor explosion. For this you will need a heavy 13 x 9 foil pan. `Want to increase the flavor even more, place the combined mixture in the fridge for 24 hours then grill. Yields 2 meat loaves"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Prepare your grill for indirect cooking over medium-high heat (350-375º).
Step 2
Poke 14-16 holes in the bottom of the foil pan (about the size that a penny would fit through).
Step 3
Wash your hands, and prepare to get messy. Put the ground beef in a large mixing bowl and make a well in the center. Add all of the remaining ingredients (except the BBQ sauce) to the well. Mix everything evenly so that all of the ingredients are well incorporated. Be careful not to mix so much that the mixture turns to a pasty consistency.
Step 4
Divide the meat mixture evenly into two portions.
Step 5
Form each portion into a loaf that's about eight inches long and relatively even in thickness. You want it to be solid with no air pockets and a smooth exterior.
Step 6
Put each loaf in the pan, centered and separated from each other.
Step 7
Cook indirect on the grill for about an hour, or until the center of each loaf reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Step 8
Remove the pan from the grill, tent the with foil, and let rest 15-20 minutes.
Step 9
Slice, serve and enjoy!
Step 10
Optional: Glaze with your favorite BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Tips
