Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F

Step 2

Mix together the butter and honey.

Step 3

Sift the dry ingredients

Step 4

Then add to the honey mixture

Step 5

Fold in beaten egg, grated orange rind ,(no white part of the rind)orange flavoring and orange juice.

Step 6

Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 7

Drop the batter in teaspoonfuls and bake for about 8 - 10 minutes.

Step 8

When done, leave on cookie sheet for 5 minutes then place on a cooling rack until cool.
