Step by Step Method
Step 1
In large kettle cook chopped salt pork until rendered.
Step 2
Add garlic and onion and saute until tender.
Step 3
Add water, bouillon cubes, parsley, celery, basil, oregano, carrots, green beans & pinto beans with liquid and undrained tomatoes.
Step 4
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
Step 5
Add macaroni and zucchini.
Step 6
Cook 30 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Step 7
Season to taste.
Step 8
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
