Step 1: In large kettle cook chopped salt pork until rendered.
Step 2: Add garlic and onion and saute until tender.
Step 3: Add water, bouillon cubes, parsley, celery, basil, oregano, carrots, green beans & pinto beans with liquid and undrained tomatoes.
Step 4: Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
Step 5: Add macaroni and zucchini.
Step 6: Cook 30 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Step 7: Season to taste.
Step 8: Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
