"My inflammation is getting really bad. Celery is supposed to help reduce inflammation. There are more juice recipes than anything. I made this smoothie recipe this morning with what I had. To make it colder I would put it in the freezer for a couple minutes after making, or you can always add ice cubes in the blender. Feel free to add more sweetener if you desire. The texture is not like ice cream; more like a thick drink."

Step 1
Get out a blender.
Step 2
Add in the water and the yogurt first.
Step 3
Add in the rest of the ingredients. Do not add in the orange peel.
Step 4
Place the lid on the blender. If there is a food chop function, this is handy to use first as it will make the drink much smoother.
Step 5
Blend everything to your desired consistency. If you want it thicker or slushier, feel free to add ice now and blend some more.
Step 6
Pour into a cup and drink.
