Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil add meat.
Step 2
Add onions add garlic.
Step 3
Throw everything but peas into crockpot and cook 5 1/2 hours .
Step 4
Add peas last.
Step 5
Heat just until peas are done.
Step 6
The recipe had flour added to it , but im not , but you could make a roux if you wanted to and add it with the peas and cook until thickened.
