Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season the liver with garlic salt and pepper; set aside.
Step 2
Melt the bacon drippings over medium-high heat in a large skillet; add the onions and mushrooms and sauté until onions are translucent.
Step 3
Add liver strips and brown on all sides, reduce heat to medium-low and add sour cream and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes until just starts to bubble.
Step 4
Add the Worcestershire sauce and serve.
