I made this using 100% orange juice and almond milk and I was a bit leary as the orange juice curdled the milk but it did taste yummy. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.

I have been collecting vegetarian recipes for our lunches with a vegetarian friend which had me try this Creamsicle. I will admit to being a little unsure - was surprised at just how good it tasted! Looking forward to serving this at our next weekend lunch!
