Step by Step Method
Step 1
Butter square 9x9x2 pan.
Step 2
Spread pecans in pan.
Step 3
Heat sugar and butter to boiling. Boil over medium heat 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Immediately spread mixture over nuts in pan.
Step 5
Sprinkle chocolate pieces over hot mixture, and place a baking sheet over the pan to lock in heat, melting the chocolate.
Step 6
Spread melted chocolate over candy.
Step 7
While warm cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
Step 8
Chill till firm.
