Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat skillet with butter.

Heat pan with boiling water, add 2 eggs cook until done to your liking (mr picky likes poached hard, I like soft).

Meanwhile, mix egg mixture, dip bread. Fry until done.
Step 4
Drain eggs on paper towel, if you don't like it wetter.
Step 5
Plate toast and put eggs on top, season.
