  • Step 1: Heat skillet with butter.

  • Step 2: Heat pan with boiling water, add 2 eggs cook until done to your liking (mr picky likes poached hard, I like soft).

  • Step 3: Meanwhile, mix egg mixture, dip bread. Fry until done.

  • Step 4: Drain eggs on paper towel, if you don't like it wetter.

  • Step 5: Plate toast and put eggs on top, season.
