Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, combine the cubed Velveeta cheese and heavy cream. Turn the heat on low and stir until all cheese is melted. Reduce the heat to simmer until you are ready to combine with the pasta.

Step 3

Once pasta is done, pour back into the pot; add sauce and mix well. Season with salt & pepper.

Wow, talk about cheesy, loved it. I did add a bit of sun dried tomatoes to this just because a had a bit left from another recipe that I wanted to use up. You could add just about anything to this. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
