Step 1

Add strawberries to blender or food processor

Step 2

In a small bowl combine the sugar, lemon juice and ½ cup water. Stir till sugar is dissolved then add to berries

Step 3

Puree berries, gradually adding remaining water until mixture is smooth

Step 4

Serve over ice in tulip shaped glasses and garnish with an unhulled strawberry or mint
