Step 1: Add strawberries to blender or food processor
Step 2: In a small bowl combine the sugar, lemon juice and ½ cup water. Stir till sugar is dissolved then add to berries
Step 3: Puree berries, gradually adding remaining water until mixture is smooth
Step 4: Serve over ice in tulip shaped glasses and garnish with an unhulled strawberry or mint
