"This recipe was originally posted by Manami on a site that has been lost in CYBERSPACE. I thought it was so good I just had to post it here for everyone else to enjoy. For easier prep a few changes were made to how the meatballs were baked.Instead of using a jelly roll pan,the meatballs were baked in a oven-proof skillet and finished on the stove top. Please enjoy the meatballs, they're really good. Posted to " ZAAZ " on 1/8/16. " Keep Smiling :)"

We loved your spinach meatballs, I used fresh spinach that I gave a fast pan-fry first, thanks very much Chef!
