Step 1

Mix the spices together and rub into both sides of the filets

Place filets in a lightly oil sprayed baking dish

I mixed the seasonings and hot sauce with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and rubbed this over the fish filets with the back of a spoon, cooked as instructed. FANTASTIC!!!
