Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix ground turkey with bacon, parsley, and oregano. Add onion and garlic; add soy sauce.

Step 2

Make into little meat balls; roll them flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Fry meatballs until browned in olive oil.(i just dumped balls into sauce and baked 425 for 35 minutes it was kinda watery so dont add extra water i also used can of tomatoes ).

Step 4

Add water, chicken bouillon cube, white wine, tomatoes, onion, garlic and carrot.

Step 5

Cook until thickened; you can do this in the oven when it is cooler.

Easy and good! I wasn't sure if I was supposed to cook the bacon first (I didn't) and it worked. Skipped the parsley and olive oil as I used the oven method. I also used leftover pasta sauce for the tomatoes. Served over pasta for a very enjoyable dinner! Thanks for sharing!
