Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 pound bacon, minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • SAUCE
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 carrot, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix ground turkey with bacon, parsley, and oregano. Add onion and garlic; add soy sauce.

  • Step 2: Make into little meat balls; roll them flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Fry meatballs until browned in olive oil.(i just dumped balls into sauce and baked 425 for 35 minutes it was kinda watery so dont add extra water i also used can of tomatoes ).

  • Step 4: Add water, chicken bouillon cube, white wine, tomatoes, onion, garlic and carrot.

  • Step 5: Cook until thickened; you can do this in the oven when it is cooler.
