Step 1: Mix ground turkey with bacon, parsley, and oregano. Add onion and garlic; add soy sauce.
Step 2: Make into little meat balls; roll them flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Fry meatballs until browned in olive oil.(i just dumped balls into sauce and baked 425 for 35 minutes it was kinda watery so dont add extra water i also used can of tomatoes ).
Step 4: Add water, chicken bouillon cube, white wine, tomatoes, onion, garlic and carrot.
Step 5: Cook until thickened; you can do this in the oven when it is cooler.
