Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add the Spam slices to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they turn golden brown and slightly crispy. Remove the cooked Spam slices from the pan and set aside.

Step 2

In the same skillet, add the vegetable oil or butter and heat it over medium heat until melted.

Step 3

Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk them lightly with a fork or whisk. Season the eggs with salt and pepper according to your taste.

Step 4

Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and cook, stirring gently with a spatula, until the eggs are fully cooked and scrambled to your desired consistency. This should take about 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Once the eggs are cooked, remove the skillet from the heat.

Step 6

Serve the scrambled eggs alongside the cooked Spam slices on a plate. You can garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired.

We sure enjoyed this for dinner tonight! I diced the spam before I reread directions, but I guess the shape of the spam doesn't matter! Also added some orange pepper and onion.
