"Okay, we don't have this often, but when we do, it evokes satisfied grunts all around. If I'm mad at dieting (or just mad in general), I serve it with a nice caesar salad AND garlic bread. If I'm dieting, I lie and don't tell anyone I made it."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook the bacon pieces over medium-low heat until most of the fat is rendered, but it's only a little crispy. Do NOT drain that delicious bacon grease!
Step 2
Boil the pasta according to directions in plenty of salted water. Or not. If you read Axe's review, you'll see that his family found this too salty what with bacon included, so leave the salt out, if you like.
Step 3
To the bacon pan, add the oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes until the garlic is slightly browned.
Step 4
Beat the eggs, black pepper, and cheese together in a bowl.
Step 5
Toss the cooked and drained spaghetti in the pan with the bacon. REMOVE the pan from the heat, and add the egg mixture. Stir CONSTANTLY! This will ensure a creamy egg sauce, not scrambled eggs with spaghetti.
Step 6
Plate, and serve with more cheese, if you like.
