I made this for Recipebook tag with Splenda, plain dry creamer, powdered vanilla, and double the spices. My Hubby likes it, but has to add extra cream and Splenda to his taste. To me it didn't taste like snickerdoodles, and I couldn't even barely taste the spices, but it must be my tastebuds because everyone else seems to love it. Maybe it was the Splenda or plain creamer? I'd actually like to try it without the coffee and cocoa...then it may taste like a snickerdoodle. Freddy Cat says thanks for the drink!

This is great and very easy! I used de-caf coffee so I can have a nice hot cup in the evenings when it has been getting cold. I also made a jar to give as a gift. And it does taste like a snickerdoodle!
