Step by Step Method

Step 1

Beat the cheese in an electric mixer until just smooth. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish and pepper. Mix until totally combined. Add the smoked salmon and mix well. Add in salt if you like. Chill 2 hours before you serve it.

Step 2

Serve with crackers or crostini.

I made this using a 150 gram can St. Jean's smoked salmon and used dried dill instead of fresh and it turned out very tasty!
