Wonderful turkey -- our turkey was a bit larger but this worked out wonderfully for us. I did use fresh rosemary since rosemary grows like weeds in my yards but used the dried for the other herbs. Thanks for sharing!

This is a great tasting turkey recipe we really enjoyed, 5 stars all the way!!! The seasoning is perfect. I usually brine my turkey before cooking it but I did not have the time to do so this time, so finding this recipe was a godsend!! I will be making this again for sure.

I wish I could give this turkey recipe 10 stars! We have enjoyed our turkey made like this for many years and will continue to enjoy for many more. The turkey is moist and tender the herbs are not overpowering, just enough to give a wonderful flavor. If you are a new or seasoned cook give this turkey recipe a try. Thank you Bergy for sharing this wonderful recipe!
