Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt butter and fry onion and rice to lightly browned.
Step 2
Dissolve boullion cubes in boiling water and add to rice mixture.
Step 3
Add mushrooms, soya sauce and salt.
Step 4
Put in a casserole dish and cover.
Step 5
Bake at 350F for 45 to 60 minutes.
