Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 200 grams dry rice (long grain rice, raw 1 cup)
  • 2 chicken (24 grams) bouillon cubes
  • 2.5 cups water, boiling
  • Mushrooms, drained (1 can)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • .5 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter and fry onion and rice to lightly browned.

  • Step 2: Dissolve boullion cubes in boiling water and add to rice mixture.

  • Step 3: Add mushrooms, soya sauce and salt.

  • Step 4: Put in a casserole dish and cover.

  • Step 5: Bake at 350F for 45 to 60 minutes.
