"A nice change from the classic BBQ sauce. Perfect on your favorite grilled chicken. It isn't necessary; but, it is nice to heat this up before using; I think it has a better flavor ... maybe it is just me. It definitely has a tang; but, it is really good. However, if you like a bit of sweetness ... add a teaspoon or two of honey."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sauce ... Mix everything in a small bowl; and refrigerate before using. Remember, the honey is optional; but, it really adds a nice flavor. It is best to let it rest a couple of hours before using.
Step 2
Personally, I like to warm it up on the stove top, or microwave before using. NOT a rolling boil or high heat, just warm it up. Maybe 30 seconds on medium heat; or, on low heat on the stove. Remember warm NOT hot.
Step 3
Serve ... Brush on your favorite chicken and ENJOY! Check out my 'Brined Grilled Chicken Drumsticks w/White BBQ Sauce.' They are a favorite of mine.
