"I never tried a blintz recipe that I didn’t like! Blintzes are a classic for Jewish cooking. You really can’t go wrong with butter, sour cream, sugar and eggs and if your willing to give up your diet for a day then you may want to try this delicious blintz recipe! This is made with frozen prepared blintz so it`s very quick and easy to make which makes it a perfect light dinner or weekend brunch. You can purchase frozen blintz in any Jewish grocery deli or food store. Adapted from Quick and Kosher."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 2
Place blintzes in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, sugar, orange juice, eggs, butter, vanilla and salt. Pour mixture over blintzes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Step 5
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes, until puffed and golden.
Step 6
Serve with sour cream on the side, if desired.
