  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon sugar (combined with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
  • Additional sour cream, for serving (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350° F.

  • Step 2: Place blintzes in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

  • Step 3: In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, sugar, orange juice, eggs, butter, vanilla and salt. Pour mixture over blintzes.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

  • Step 5: Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes, until puffed and golden.

  • Step 6: Serve with sour cream on the side, if desired.
